The Corporate Startup How Established Companies Can Develop Successful Innovation Ecosystems Tendayi Viki; Dan Toma; Esther Gons 9789462761506 Books Reviews
This book hits the sweet spot of being visionary on what corporate innovation should look like and offering practical tools + frameworks to put the vision and theory into practice.
Easy to understand & apply. That's the way it should be, when it comes to innovation in corporate environment.
FYI The content has been applied in Vietnam, in private sector context (small & medium enterprise). Lots of surprise along the way, but overall feedback are positive.
If you are working in Corporate Innovation, you should get a copy of this book. Here is the reason why The Corporate Startup is a playbook, that provides a clear roadmap on how to develop a successful innovation ecosystem within your organisation and build a culture of innovation. Tendayi, Dan and Esther encourage you to not only read their book, but put into practice some of the Corporate Startup principles and tools they share with you. Therefore, the book is full of examples about how to use lean startup methods as well as business model design. If you want to make an impact within your organisation, this book is a MUST read.
The Corporate Start-up is a great book for entre- and intrapreneurs alike, innovation managers and consultants offering a lot of insights and great ideas that could greatly change the way you understand and apply lean start-up concepts in your organization/projects.
It's also quite easy to read, with a good overall structure and full of interesting examples from different industries, which I found quite insightful. I also really enjoyed the overall fun design of all the graphs/charts/pics.
Additionally, in my opinion the great added value of this book consists of all the templates, metrics, examples and exercises, which I'm really looking forward to apply and test out in my own workshops and projects I'm currently working on.
This is my new Bible !
Concise how-to guide that demystifies the lean startup principles for corporate practitioners.
Just simply awesomeness! Easy read, practical, and fun. Brings together many of the concepts addressing innovation into one comprehensive playbook for implementing an innovative strategy.
Book arrived in perfect condition.
Thank you!!
